e-Agent Adds Certified Market Analysis Program and Surpasses 700 Markets Served
Business Wire, Feb 17, 2005
RESTON, Va. -- e-Agent, a provider of online marketing products and services for residential real estate professionals, announced today that the company has added a Certified Market Analysis (CMA) program to its comprehensive portfolio. The company also announced that it now serves over 700 markets nationwide, a 20% increase in the last three months alone.
e-Agent's CMA program is designed to enhance a potential home buyer or seller's interaction by offering a home valuation service on the e-Agent's own site. This tool produces high quality leads, since the consumer's desire to value their current home is a strong indication of a willingness to trade up. Compared to other CMA programs that are often based on fixed contracts of a year or longer, e-Agent's is voluntary and flexible, allowing members to opt in or out with just 30 days notice. Over one third of e-Agent's members have already opted in.
In addition to exceeding 700 markets in 41 states, e-Agent also reported that it generates approximately 800 validated leads per day, more than one per territory on average.
"As e-Agent begins its fourth year of operations, we're proud to serve as the premier real estate marketing service," said President Josh Konowe. "In the months to come, we'll continue to broaden our offering, enhance its functionality, and empower our members by listening to their needs and exceeding their expectations."
Specifically, Konowe announced the intention to expand e-Agent's lead management tools during the second quarter of 2005. The new program will allow agents to import and track leads from other sources in addition to those generated via e-Agent leads and measure return on investment accordingly. Agents will also be able to upload documents such as contracts to a secure site and access them anytime, anywhere. Other features will include a calendar, to do list and scheduling tools.
e-Agent, Inc. was founded by real estate brokers and agents to combine the efficiency of Internet technology with the one-to-one professional contact that is a hallmark and necessary component of the industry. The company's suite of products and services allows real estate professionals to maximize the potential of online marketing without taking time away from the business of helping their clients buy and sell homes.
