Emerson Radio and Nickelodeon Launch All-New Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants Audio and Home Entertainment for 2005

NEW YORK -- Emerson Radio Corp.'s (AMEX:MSN) Nicktronics(TM) line, a consumer electronics product range produced under license from Nickelodeon(R) & Viacom Consumer Products, will debut the latest must-have Dora the Explorer(TM) and SpongeBob SquarePants(TM) electronics at the 2005 Toy Fair. Nickelodeon fans of all ages are sure to love the newest playfully designed audio and home entertainment products featuring two of kids' favorite TV characters.
