ImageRight Signs Arkansas Branch of Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company and Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Arkansas, Inc.; Carrier Cites Speed, Ease of Use, Workflow
Business Wire, Feb 22, 2005
CONYERS, Ga. -- Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, a large multi-line regional property and casualty insurance company, and Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Arkansas, Inc. have purchased the ImageRight document management system. ImageRight will help the two companies streamline their workflows in underwriting and claims. In addition, ImageRight's Web Services will help the two companies improve communication with each other and their channel partners by making files, documents, and workflows accessible from anywhere with just a browser.
"Our existing document-management package had shortcomings in speed and ability to integrate workflow," said Ken Kolb, IS Manager for Arkansas operations. "ImageRight's speed and user friendliness make it an optimum storage and retrieval system for us. Its 'drawer/folder/file' design makes for an easy transition for users familiar with handling hard-copy files. ImageRight has improved our workflow immensely and its Web services tool gives everyone easy access. Today we have over 700 County Agents and Secretaries that have access to the ImageRight files via the ImageRight Virtual Web Desktop, without one problem."
"Also, Farm Bureau Mutual of Arkansas has fully integrated its homeowners business by scanning all incoming homeowners applications, putting them into its workflow and processing them from start to finish," said Tom Rudloff, Project Coordinator at ImageRight. "They have enabled extraordinary access to files throughout the state via the web. Next year they expect to implement all other lines of business, plus claims -- showing the power of the total solution we offer."
