The record date for common stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting has been set for Monday, March 28, 2005. The matters to be considered at the meeting will be set forth in the proxy materials to be filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission and to be distributed to the Company's stockholders.
