You Subscribe: RSS 0.83 adds new features that make it easy to add and manage subscriptions, search for feeds, and easily access enclosures and attachments, including audio files used for Podcasts.

--Easily add and manage feeds and subscriptions with an Enhanced Internet Explorer Toolbar. The new toolbar displays news feed headlines in a pull-down menu. Headlines can be marked read, deleted or flagged. Every action performed using the IE toolbar is immediately synchronized in Outlook.

With background processing news feeds are instantly pulled into Outlook. There is no waiting for feeds to load every time you launch Outlook. The engine keeps track of RSS subscription preferences and data and keeps RSS accounts synchronized and up to date. It takes care of the business logic of downloading subscription files and updating an RSS feed database.
