TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Congresswoman Virginia Brown-Waite, a Republican representing the 5th district of Florida, has been awarded the 2005 America's Freedom, Individual Rights and Prosperity Award by the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. This honor is being bestowed upon Rep.
