Proxima Technology Appoints Mark Ehr as Director of Product Marketing; Industry Research Analyst Joins Proxima Technology

DENVER -- Proxima Technology, a provider of software solutions that help organizations understand and improve the business value of IT, today announced that Mark Ehr, former research analyst at Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), has joined the company as Director of Product Marketing. In this role, Ehr will be responsible for overseeing the product marketing function.
Ehr brings 24 years of experience in technology and marketing to Proxima Technology. Most recently, Ehr served as Research Director at EMA, the first technology analyst firm to specialize exclusively in management software and services. Prior to his work at EMA, Ehr built a multi-million dollar middleware and systems management consulting business while at Polarsoft. Ehr also held senior engineering and IT management positions at Aprisma, Siebel and Sybase for nearly 10 years.
