D&K Healthcare Resources Declares 17th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend

ST. LOUIS -- The Board of Directors of D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:DKHR) today declared the company's 17th consecutive regular quarterly cash dividend. The dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock, is payable on March 16, 2005 to shareholders of record on March 2, 2005.
D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc., which had fiscal 2004 sales of $2.5 billion, is a full-service wholesale distributor of branded and generic pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter health and beauty aid products.
