SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Tripath Technology Inc. (Nasdaq:TRPH) announced today that Dr. Adya S. Tripathi, Tripath's Chairman, President and CEO, and Clarke Seniff, Vice President of Finance and CFO, will be presenting at the Needham & Company Seventh Annual Growth Conference to be held January 11-14, 2005 at The New York Palace Hotel in New York. Tripath is scheduled to present at 9:00 a.m. (EST) on Friday, January 14, 2005 in the Chairman Office Room of The New York Palace Hotel. Immediately following the presentation, Tripath will host a separate breakout session at 9:30 a.m. (EST) in the Business Center 2 Room on the 5th Floor of the hotel.
