Acopia Wins ''Product of the Year'' for Networking Equipment; ARX Switches Awarded Gold in the Networking Equipment Category by the Editors of TechTarget's Storage and SearchStorage.com

LOWELL, Mass. -- Acopia Networks, Inc., the pioneer of Adaptive Resource Networking products, today announced that the company's ARX1000 and ARX6000 switches were awarded Products of the Year in the networking equipment category in Storage / SearchStorage.com's 2004 Products of the Year awards. The ARX series won the Gold in its category, and overall was one of 5 Gold award winners selected out of over 200 products.

The winning products were announced on January 10, 2005 and will be featured in the January 2005 issue of Storage and online at www.searchstorage.com.
