LOS ANGELES -- Shomex, a national event producer and the leader in live recruitment solutions, announced today a preliminary list of employers that will be exhibiting at its Diversity Career Fair on January 18, 2005 at the LAX Radisson Hotel and that the entertainment industry will again have a strong presence at the event.

Employers are looking to recruit professionals with experience in accounting, banking, customer service, engineering, finance, healthcare, information technology, law enforcement, pharmaceutical, retail, sales and many other professional fields. The event will also feature a wide range of careers in public service with major government employers.
The event will kick-off at 10:30am with a Keynote Panel entitled "Making Your New Year's Resolution A Reality: How to Get the Job You Want in 2005," which will discuss what it takes to land a job in the current Los Angeles economy including issues such as where the hot spots are today, how professionals can best market themselves to major employers and how to leverage the Internet in the job search process.
