Hay Group Names John Larrere General Manager of Metropolitan New York Office

PHILADELPHIA -- Hay Group, a global organizational and human resources consulting firm, announced today that it has appointed John Larrere as the General Manager of its Metropolitan New York office.
Most recently, Larrere has been the General Manager of Hay Group's Boston office. He is an expert in organizational effectiveness, management development, and international executive leadership. He has been with Hay Group since 1985.
While Larrere was a member of Hay Group's Global Executive Team, Hay expanded its operations into South Africa, Israel, and India, and increased its business in Eastern Europe, Russia, and China.

John Larrere is known for his ground-breaking research on leadership including his work studying global leaders to understand the similarities and differences in the art of leadership in a variety of geographies. He has spoken on global executive leadership in Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.
Mr. Larrere holds an M.B.A. from Boston University in Organizational Behavior. He earned an M.Div. from the University of Notre Dame, an M.M. from the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Stonehill College.
