Vault's employee surveys are designed to give investors and jobseekers insight into Boeing - and for job seekers, the edge in this tough recruiting climate.
Says a senior field service representative, "Boeing is currently making a company-wide effort from the CEO on down to clean up their image and restore the confidence the US government had in Boeing before it was tarnished by a few bad characters that made some unethical decisions while in competition with another defense contractor. The company's efforts to clean up their reputation have been continuous and organized in a way that all employees world wide are involved with ongoing ethics awareness training. The results of Boeings efforts to clean up its' reputation has been noticed by their worst critics and are already being acknowledged as standing up to the plate and taking care of business."
An integrated scheduler writes, "We are now in the process of designing a new airplane that looks great and customers are looking very hard at it."
