Tricell Inc. Unit Announces Virtual Service Provider 'VSP' Progress

STOKE-ON-TRENT, England -- Tricell Inc. (OTCBB:TCLL) announced today that its UK subsidiary, Tricell Distribution Limited, has made a significant advance with its Virtual Service Provision agreement with AST Airtime Ltd. AST, trading as G. Comm, is a Gardline Group Company which operates as a full mobile Service Provider for Vodafone.
This agreement has allowed the Company to generate revenues on all connected clients access charges (line rentals) and call charges. Additionally, the Company can grow the customer base of 80,000 by connectivity to the Vodafone network. This generates an increased profit margin in the region of 4% on a turnover of $22 million for the distribution division.
