Infinium Labs President, Kevin Bachus, to Speak on Second CES Panel; Video Game Industry Veteran to Share Views on Digital Download During International CES Conference Program

SARASOTA, Fla. -- Kevin Bachus, president of Infinium Labs (OTCBB:IFLB), will be a lead speaker for the "Digital Download" session at the upcoming 2005 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the world's largest annual trade show for consumer technology, Thursday - Sunday, Jan. 6 - 9, 2005 in Las Vegas.
As part of the International CES Conference Program, the "Digital Download" session will be held Friday, Jan. 7, 2005, from 3 to 4 p.m. in room N254 of the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Panel members will discuss the rapidly growing online/downloadable music and media services industry, how the services are changing the way consumers shop and what new applications are being developed for consumers.
Bachus will be joined by prominent players in the downloadable entertainment services industry from Yahoo!, MSN and MusicNet, and influential journalists from USA Today and the San Jose Mercury News.
Infinium Labs will be demonstrating its flagship Phantom Game Service(TM), the first end-to-end games-on-demand service, in two locations at the Convention Center Thursday - Sunday, Jan. 6 - 9, 2005: in the Microsoft Corp. booth (No. 7145) in the Central Hall and in the NVIDIA booth (No. 35311) in the South Hall.
Nearly two dozen leading game publishers have committed to provide content for the Phantom Game Service, including Atari, Codemasters, Eidos and Vivendi Universal.
