MAPICS, Inc. Cancels First Quarter Conference Call

ATLANTA -- MAPICS, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: MAPX) today announced that due to its definitive agreement to be acquired by Infor Global Solutions, which was announced on Thursday, January 27, 2005, the Company will not hold a conference call to discuss its first quarter of 2005 results. MAPICS will release its first quarter results after the market close on Thursday, February 3, 2005.
