The Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers -FAMB- School and Foundation Present Winter Education Conference

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The year 2005 is a renewal year for all licensed Mortgage Brokers in the State of Florida and the year when all Loan Originators, Wholesale Representatives, Account Representatives and Account Executives employed by a State Licensed Mortgage Lender or Correspondent Lender are able to begin to accumulate the mandated 14 continuing education hours for license renewal in 2006. In order to prepare the industry for these deadlines, the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB) School and Foundation are proud to present their Winter Education Conference on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 and Thursday, January 20, 2005 at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Orlando in Orlando, Florida. This two-day event will feature 12 different courses ranging from "Navigating FS 494", a mandated 4-hour course required for license renewal; Small Commercial Lending, a 4-hour course designed for residential mortgage brokers which covers the basics of commercial lending; to Reverse Mortgages, a 4-hour seminar which allows participants to understand the reverse mortgage product. Prices for this conference are set at a one-day rate of $50.00 or a two-day rate of $100.00 for FAMB Professional, Additional Professional, Affiliate and Originator Members; a one-day rate of $105.00 or a two-day rate of $175.00 for FAMB Supporter Members and MBA-FL Members; and a one-day rate of $185.00 or a two-day rate of $325.00 for Non-Members. The daily event ticket includes breaks, lunch and all instructional materials.
