Former Cisco CTO Joins Board of Directors at Dilithium Networks

PETALUMA, Calif. -- Dilithium Networks, a leading provider of wireless multimedia solutions, announced today that former Cisco executive and Board Member, Ed Kozel, will join its Board of Directors.
"Ed Kozel's distinguished career, industry experience, and global contacts will be a tremendous asset to Dilithium as the company continues its rapid global growth," said Paul Zuber, CEO, Dilithium Networks.
An early employee at Cisco Systems, Mr. Kozel helped to grow the company into a multinational technology leader over 12 years, as its Chief Technology Officer, head of Business Development and an executive director. While Head of Business Development he was responsible for more than 22 technology acquisitions. Kozel began his career at Boeing and spent six years at SRI International, where he conducted early research into the architecture of the Internet. He currently holds positions on the boards of Yahoo!, Reuters PLC and Red Hat.
