Top Tier Publishers Gain Competitive Edge with Commission Junction's CJ Performer
Business Wire, July 11, 2005
CHICAGO -- ValueClick, Inc.'s (Nasdaq:VCLK) Commission Junction, a provider of advanced online performance-marketing solutions, announced today at AD:TECH Chicago (Booth #109) the launch of CJ Performer(TM), a solution to help high-performing publishers increase revenue through Commission Junction. CJ Performer reinforces Commission Junction's commitment to its publishers and recognizes the value of its top producers by providing them with additional tools and services to grow their businesses.
Publishers accepted into CJ Performer are designated a Commission Junction Account Manager who works with them to improve their program and to develop successful marketing relationships with advertisers in the Commission Junction network. Top-performing publishers also benefit from enhanced services such as expedited response times to technical inquiries, complimentary access to product catalog data and free customized reporting. CJ Performers will be clearly distinguished within an advertiser's program, making it easier for advertisers to identify and optimize relationships with publishers who have a competitive advantage within the Commission Junction Marketplace.
To support its CJ Performers, Commission Junction has expanded Publisher Development, the account team responsible for servicing publishers. Commission Junction will continue to enhance the CJ Performer solution to support the changing needs of its publishers in the future.
"CJ Performers all have proven track records for delivering results. CJ Performer is our way of recognizing and rewarding the value created by our top publishers and helping them to become even more successful," said Tom Vadnais, senior vice president, Commission Junction and Mediaplex. "By providing incentives for good performance, we encourage all of our advertisers and publishers to create high quality relationships to grow their businesses."
To be eligible for CJ Performer, publishers must have an established account with Commission Junction; have met minimum commission and advertiser relationship thresholds; and be willing to work with additional advertisers. All CJ Performer applicants are subject to approval by the Commission Junction Network Quality group, which reviews publishers' business practices for compliance with Commission Junction's Code of Conduct.
