NaviSite Appoints Oracle Veteran Nasir Cochinwala as Senior Vice President of Professional Services

Mr. Cochinwala spent 10 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently serving as regional vice president for Oracle Consulting. Mr. Cochinwala's tenure at the company provided him with a deep understanding of Oracle applications, IT operations and global delivery initiatives. At NaviSite, Mr. Cochinwala will be responsible for NaviSite's Professional Services across the country.

Mr. Cochinwala has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, IT and finance. During his ten-years at Oracle, he was the regional vice president of the West Coast consulting practice and established a high-powered management team of directors and senior directors for practice management, account management and business development for vertical and regional execution. He also established consulting teams for global system implementation and business transformation, especially related to Oracle technology and application offerings. In addition, Mr. Cochinwala managed the transformation of onsite technical development to offshore development in India for more than 80 percent of the projects in California. Prior to Oracle Corporation, he held senior-level positions at Strategic Mapping, Inc. and Failure Analysis Associates, Inc.
