The PMI Group, Inc. Announces Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- The PMI Group, Inc. (NYSE:PMI) announced the establishment of a Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan (the Plan) allowing existing shareholders to increase their common stock holdings of PMI by automatically reinvesting all or a portion of their cash dividends or by making optional cash contributions to purchase additional common shares of PMI. The Plan is now available through PMI's transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company.
