HOUSTON -- Bradmark Technologies, Inc., an established provider of enterprise monitoring and database administration tools, today announced that it has joined forces with Sybase, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise infrastructure and mobile software, in a global reseller agreement.
Under this global agreement, Sybase will offer Bradmark's monitoring and management tools directly to its customers through both its direct sales force and worldwide partnerships. Bradmark will provide Sybase(R) clients with a comprehensive product suite to monitor and manage Sybase Adaptive Server(R) Enterprise (ASE), Sybase Replication Server(R), Sybase IQ and their operating systems.
"Our goal is to provide our customers with industry-leading database management solutions and our relationship with Bradmark is evidence of that commitment," stated Kathleen Schaub, vice president, Information Technology Solutions Group, Sybase. "By teaming with Bradmark, we can offer an unprecedented solution, ensuring our customers' databases run efficiently, consistently and with maximum uptime."
"The developers at Bradmark have spent an extensive amount of time listening to both Sybase and its user community on what they want in database management tools, and have delivered upon those needs," said John Mitchell, vice president of Bradmark Technologies. "We are certain that this partnership will help Sybase's customers maximize the return on their investment from their ASE, Replication Server and IQ implementations."
This agreement coincides with Bradmark's new release of Surveillance 3.0, the first comprehensive and cross-functional set of monitoring tools that satisfies all of an organization's data management needs across an entire Sybase installation and beyond. Surveillance real-time monitoring tools, which include Surveillance OS, Surveillance DB for Sybase ASE, Surveillance IQ and Surveillance RS, have been built from the ground up by one development team, and the unique agent-based architecture is suited to any size implementation.
