Leap Selects Mobile Streams as Content Partner; Leap's Cricket Clicks Customers Will Now Have Access to Mobile Streams' Ringtones.com BREW Application

SAN DIEGO -- Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ:LEAP), a leading provider of innovative and value-driven wireless communications services, and Mobile Streams, the global mobile music and media specialist, today announced an agreement whereby Leap will launch Mobile Streams' Ringtones.com BREW application for its Cricket Clicks(TM) customers.
The implementation of the Ringtones.com BREW application will enable Leap's Cricket customers to shop for and download the latest chart-topping ringtones and other mobile content offerings, while benefiting from an extremely attractive user interface.
