Winston Hotels Announces Date for Second Quarter Results and Conference Call

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Winston Hotels, Inc. (NYSE:WXH), today announced that the Company will announce financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2005 prior to the opening of the market on Thursday, August 4, 2005.

Also, on August 4th at 10 a.m. (EST) Winston Hotels, Inc. will host a conference call to discuss the results. To hear the call, please dial 888-428-4478.
