Mr. Jenkins joins TCC from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where his most recent position was national director, vendor alliance and vendor acquisition. Prior to that, he was regional commissioner and assistant regional administrator for GSA's New York and New England regions, which encompassed 30 million square feet in 900 buildings in New York, New England, northern New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In that capacity, he managed an annual operating budget of approximately $500 million as well as a capital budget of several hundred million dollars. His specific areas of responsibility were oversight of the design and construction of all new federal buildings throughout the region; coordination of property management functions, including building repair, renovation, leasing, lease administration, and security; and facilities planning.

Mr. Jenkins has held several other positions at GSA, most notably deputy assistant commissioner of the office of planning, where he reviewed, approved, and coordinated facilities planning projects throughout the U.S.; and director and deputy director of the GSA's real estate division, where he assigned and leased space, planned for the space needs of most federal agencies located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, managed an annual operating budget of $250 million dollars and supervised a staff of 100 employees.

Mr. Jenkins holds a masters degree in business administration from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and a bachelor of science degree in business management from the University of Maryland in College Park. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and CoreNet Global.
