ICT GROUP Announces Key Management Additions; Lloyd M. Wirshba Joins as Executive Vice President; Arun Jain Named SVP/GM, ICT Data Management Services

NEWTOWN, Pa. -- ICT GROUP, INC. (NASDAQ:ICTG), a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that it has expanded its senior management staff with the addition of two key executives.
Lloyd M. Wirshba has been appointed Executive Vice President, joining as a new Corporate Officer of ICT GROUP and reporting directly to John J. Brennan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In this post, Mr. Wirshba will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's strategic expansion and diversification initiatives as well as supporting the growth and execution of its core service offerings.

Mr. Wirshba brings to ICT GROUP extensive contact center and BPO operations management experience, from America Online, Inc., and American Express Company. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Member Services, for America Online, he was responsible for managing its entire Member Services network, spanning acquisition, technical support, account management and retention, and comprising over 300,000 phone, interactive Web chat and e-mail member interactions daily, across 20 operations centers worldwide. Mr. Wirshba was also instrumental in developing America Online's network service strategy, expanding its service delivery capabilities to include cost-effective near-shore and offshore operations.
Previously, during his 21-year tenure with American Express Company, Mr. Wirshba served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Service Delivery, responsible for managing its entire outsourced service delivery business, with particular focus on the areas of contact center management and card issuance, activation and replacement services, spanning over 10 service providers in 15 contact centers and 5,000 agents. Mr. Wirshba also managed the design and development of American Express' network servicing strategy and the engineering of its service processes to meet customer and marketplace requirements and to ensure the proper integration of new products/programs for optimal service and satisfaction.
Formerly at American Express, Mr. Wirshba served as Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Establishment Services, overseeing the multi-billion dollar restaurant and entertainment business, including establishing its business expansion strategies and marketing initiatives as well as servicing its merchant partner network. Mr. Wirshba also held a series of increasingly responsible financial management positions at American Express, including Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the financial operations of its U.S. establishment services and other card group divisions.
Mr. Wirshba obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
ICT GROUP has also named Arun Jain Senior Vice President/General Manager of ICT Data Management Services, the Company's BPO and data capture/management business unit formed through the acquisition of DPS Data Group in April 2004. In this position, Mr. Jain will be charged with overseeing the operations management, client services and program implementation functions of this unit.
Mr. Jain joins ICT GROUP with more than 20 years' operations and BPO experience, both in India and the U.S., with a particular focus on healthcare insurance, claims processing and adjudication and pharmacy benefit management. Most recently, Mr. Jain served as the Vice President of Business Process Outsourcing at Apex CoVantage, where he was responsible for its market diversification into back-office BPO services within the healthcare insurance, transportation and market research industries. Previously, he served in a similar position for Covansys Corporation, a global consulting and technology services company, responsible for developing the BPO marketing and delivery strategy for its India-based start-up operation.
Mr. Jain obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and completed an Executive MBA program at the Indian Institute of Management.
