STI Knowledge Changes Company Name to Integreo; New Branding Reflects Company's Outsourcing Solutions That Integrate People, Business and Technology
Business Wire, June 1, 2005
ATLANTA -- STI Knowledge (STI) today announced it has changed its company name to Integreo(TM) -- pronounced "in-TEG-reo". The Atlanta-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services provider's decision to re-name the company signifies the fulfillment of another milestone relative to the strategic vision. The name change truly reflects the comprehensive end-to-end BPO services and solutions the company provides today, having integrated the previously announced two healthcare acquisitions under one brand name. The company has launched its revitalized website (www.integreo.com) under the Integreo name, and has initiated an aggressive marketing campaign to communicate the new brand and identity to customers and the marketplace.
"In less than two years, our company has been successful in expanding and transforming our services to encompass end-to-end BPO services and solutions focused on the needs of the healthcare, insurance, government and commercial industries -- and, that growth will continue," said Satish Sanan, Executive Chairman and CEO of Integreo. "Now, we've completed yet another milestone in achieving our strategic vision. The Integreo name will be recognized as a premier BPO service provider focused on integrating people, business and technology to deliver exceptional value and outstanding services to our customers."
Established in 1995, the company's original focus was providing technology-enabled help desk, outsourcing, and education and certification services to large enterprises. Led by noted entrepreneur, Satish Sanan, since 2003, the company made two strategic acquisitions; HPS Paradigm in March 2004 and Symphony Data in February 2005, to expand its BPO services beyond technical help desk, outsourcing, and education and certification. Through these acquisitions, Integreo has expanded its scope of services and solidified its presence in the healthcare space, with the added value of providing new services and delivery options to customers through our global outsourcing centers, both in the U.S. and overseas. In addition, the company's education and certification services have been expanded to include healthcare education and certification offerings that will continue to be provided under the STI Knowledge brand name as a division of Integreo.
"The change to the Integreo name not only more accurately reflects our new brand identity, but also reinforces our dedication to providing customers with integrated Customer Relationship Management and technology-enabled BPO services and solutions," said Michael Thuerk, Vice President of Marketing at Integreo. "Our new identity will enable us to capture increased marketshare in our target markets and provides flexibility as we add even more value-added services for our customers that enable them to improve profitability, increase productivity and quality, and reduce cycle times."
