Business Wire, June 10, 2005

TUSTIN, Calif. -- Structure Networks Inc. (www.structurenetworks.com) announced today that they have been named No. 34 in Entrepreneur Magazine and PricewaterhouseCoopers' "Hot 100" for 2005, the annual listing of America's fastest-growing new businesses (less than 5 years old). Published each year since 1995, the listing captures the fastest-growing new companies by percentage of revenue growth.

"We are extremely excited to have been named to the list; our team has worked incredibly hard over the last 4 years and this validates our efforts," said Alex Salottolo, president and founder. "We started the firm in 2001 with the economy in shambles. We held on, added tremendous people to our staff, and partnered with incredible clients -- adding up to huge growth over the last 2 years. We are now poised for additional growth with bigger and better things to come," added Salottolo.

The listing covers all industries and sectors and takes into consideration revenue, profit, and growth percentages since inception. Technology-centric firms made up 20 percent of this year's listing. Other companies of note include Huron Consulting Group, founded by ex-Arthur Anderson executives and Fortinet Inc., founded by Michael and Ken Xie, whose former company, NetScreen, was sold to Juniper Networks for $4 billion in 2004.
