Recipients of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Announced in Central Great Lakes

CENTRAL GREAT LAKES, MI -- Professional services firm Ernst & Young LLP announced today the recipients of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year(R) Awards 2005 for the Central Great Lakes Area. All of the award recipients were selected by a panel of independent judges comprised of area leaders from business, academic and civic organizations.

The recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year(R) Award in the category of Master Entrepreneur is:
--Ronald L. Jones, Chairman & CEO, Dawn Food Products, Inc.
The recipient of the Master Entrepreneur award is recognized for contributions throughout the business world and a strong commitment to employees, customers, and local communities. The category of Master Entrepreneur was added to the Entrepreneur of the Year program to recognize an individual who has displayed a strong entrepreneurial spirit throughout a lifetime of entrepreneurial ventures.

Award recipients in several national categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, Calif., in November 2005. The overall national Entrepreneur Of The Year Award recipient is then considered for the world event held in Monte Carlo.
