C-COR Experts to Address Bandwidth Management and IP Basics in SCTE Cable-Tec Expo Workshops; Booth to Showcase Active, Integrated Demonstrations of C-COR's End-to-End Capabilities that Simplify the Transition to On Demand IP Networks

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- C-COR Incorporated (Nasdaq:CCBL), a global provider of interoperable network solutions that simplify the transition to on-demand networks, today announced that Milan Karangutkar, Director of Product Management for C-COR Solutions, and Robert Castellano, Chief Technologist for C-COR Access and Transport, will be speaking at SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in San Antonio, Texas (June 14-17, 2005).
Mr. Karangutkar will present "Bandwidth Management: Fair and Balanced" at Cable-Tec Expo's workshop on Bandwidth Management, scheduled on June 16, 2005, at 9:30 AM CT, and again on June 17, 2005, at 12:00 PM CT. His paper addresses the bandwidth challenges for new-generation on demand services and introduces solutions using Intelligent Service Management to minimize operational overhead and maximize subscriber satisfaction.
Mr. Castellano is a member of the workshop panel on IP Implementations and will present "IP Basics for the RF Engineer" on June 16, 2005, at 8:00 AM CT, and again on June 16 at 11:00 AM CT. Mr. Castellano's tutorial on IP networking technology will look at the nature of IP networks; how they are structured, configured and managed; and how information moves through an IP network. The presentation will also discuss the processing of IP packets and the interaction between IP and Ethernet in a typical network.
Bandwidth management and IP networking technology will also be an integral part of C-COR's booth (#8094) at SCTE.
