I-many and EMC Extend Relationship to Deliver Enterprise Content and Contract Management Solution; Integrated Solution Enables Customers to Automate the Entire Contract Management Lifecycle While Improving Profitability and Reducing Corporate Risk

Under terms of the agreement, both companies will expand on joint marketing efforts and will continue to integrate the EMC Documentum Enterprise Content Management platform with I-many ContractSphere(R) Enterprise Contract Management solutions.

As a result of the relationship EMC Documentum customers will be able to leverage their existing Enterprise Content Management platform investments by adding I-many ContractSphere(R) Enterprise Contract Management solutions. At the same time, I-many customers have easy and direct access to EMC Documentum platforms to enhance their business infrastructures. The integrated solution enables customers to leverage their existing investments to:

--Automate the entire contract management lifecycle from create, store and manage to alerts and notifications on key business events and milestones

--Support all business functions across the company including sales, procurement, legal, IT, etc.

--Realize negotiated savings associated with procurement and sourcing activities by capturing purchasing contract terms and enforcing vendor compliance to those terms

--Improve profitability by capturing and managing revenue cycle gaps between contract commitments, pricing structures and transaction activity

--Reduce corporate risk by automating the contract lifecycle and enabling Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
