Effigent and Sybase Announce Successful Migration of Another Enterprise Customer to PowerEasy ERP Enterprise Solution on Sybase ASE and Mac OS X

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Effigent Inc., today announced that Trimjoist a manufacturer of engineered products has successfully migrated to its POWERASY ERP ENTERPRISE solution on Sybase Adaptive Server(R) Enterprise (ASE) and Mac OS X running on Apple Xserves. The company switched from a legacy Computer Associates ERP system running on HP Unix servers and Windows environment to a single integrated PowerEasy system on Sybase and Apple platform to run its entire financials, sales order processing & fulfillment, inventory management and purchasing functions across multiple locations.
