WHAT:   AMC's upcoming movie talk show, MOVIES 101 WITH RICHARD
        BROWN begins production this week, as popular New York
        University Professor Richard Brown, interviews actor Daniel
        Day Lewis on location in New York City. Members of the media
        are invited to observe production, and interview Richard Brown
        on set.

        Already a popular New York University course taught by
        Professor Richard Brown, AMC brings movies lovers MOVIES
        101 WITH RICHARD BROWN to television as an original,
        half-hour series. Since 1969, Brown's classes for legions
        of moviemakers have featured guests and lecturers from
        Hollywood's most acclaimed talent roster, including Meryl
        Streep, Kate Winslet, Jennifer Aniston, Nicolas Cage,
        George Clooney, Tom Cruise, Michael Douglas, Julia
        Roberts, and directors Steven Spielberg and Martin
        Scorsese, to name a few. MOVIES 101 WITH RICHARD BROWN
        will premiere in November on AMC.

WHO:    Professor Richard Brown began his teaching career at New York
        University in 1967. MOVIES 101 WITH RICHARD BROWN was launched
        in 1969. Over the years, Prof. Brown has interviewed over 200
        different film artists including George Clooney, Tom Cruise,
        Billy Crystal, Martin Scorsese, Paul Newman, Brad Pitt, Julia
        Roberts, Ben Stiller, Alan Alda, Mel Brooks, Larry David,
        Michael Douglas, Edie Falco, Marcia Gay Harden, Kevin Kline,
        and Sigourney Weaver.
