Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index Tracking Stock Declares Quarterly Income Dividend

BOSTON -- Fidelity Investments announced today that the Fidelity(R) Nasdaq Composite Index(R) Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share from net investment income. The dividend is payable on Friday, June 24, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, June 21, 2005. The ex-dividend date is Friday, June 17.
