Monster and Webhire Release the First Integrated Hiring Solution as Part of the Monster HR Alliance Program; Collaboration Delivers Candidate Matching, Applicant Tracking and Recruitment Measurement Capabilities

--Real Time Posting - Customers can post jobs from Webhire to Monster more efficiently than ever before. These jobs will be uploaded to Monster in near real-time, making job postings available to job seekers sooner than ever before.
--Shared Apply - When a seeker applies for a job on Monster posted by a joint customer using Webhire Recruiter or Webhire Healthcare, the application automatically pre-populates information from their Monster profile, saving time for potential candidates and increasing the number of qualified applicants for employers.
--Integrated Resume Search - Monster's SmartFind Resume Search is fully integrated with Webhire's search functionality, allowing recruiters to quickly identify and upload candidates from Monster's extensive resume database of over 48 million resumes directly from the Webhire interface.
A testament to the solution's strength is its rapid adoption, giving Webhire customers a strategic advantage at sourcing talent. To date, nineteen customers have implemented Monster and Webhire's integrated hiring solution, realizing the value of the improved speed, efficiency, and reporting capabilities the solution delivers.
