The event, "Research in Entrepreneurship: Bridging Theory and Practice", will be held June 22 - 25, 2005.
Mr. Nayar's participation in this event will include a presentation, "Case Study of Entrepreneurial Growth Management" which is scheduled for Friday, June 25, 2005 at 1:30PM PDT (10:30AM EDT) and will focus on the change management practices that transitioned Unitech Systems from entrepreneurship to professional management. Highlights of the discussion will include the initiation of strategic planning, the performance optimization system, the culture management program, and the leadership development program.
