Business Wire Teams with WILink to Offer Investors Free Access to Quarterly and Annual Reports in Both Electronic and Hard Copy Formats

Business Wire, June 27, 2005

RICHMOND, Va. -- Business Wire has become a channel partner for WILink's Annual Report Service, providing potential investors with free, direct access to quarterly and annual reports from publicly traded companies that are common clients of the two industry leaders, it was announced today.

Under the arrangement, Business Wire clients that also subscribe to WILink's Annual Reports Service will have a link promoting the availability of the free financial reports adjacent to their news release. The link will transport the user to a web page (http://businesswire.ar.wilink.com), where the user can select the company's quarterly or annual report, in either electronic or hard copy formats.

"Our relationship with WILink is a natural extension of our portfolio of services catering to the needs of the global investment community," said Cathy Baron Tamraz, Business Wire's president, in making the announcement. "Our mission is to facilitate the delivery of actionable corporate information to potential investors worldwide. WILink's Annual Reports Service certainly meets this criteria, and encourages the exchange of information between issuers and investors."

"WILink helps companies communicate more effectively with the investment community and, in turn, provides investors with convenient access to information that will enable them to make informed investment decisions," added J. Patrick Galleher, chief executive officer of WILink plc. "Partnering with Business Wire assists companies in reaching a tremendous pool of investors, financial professionals, and journalists through Business Wire's comprehensive website, Businesswire.com."
