Richardson Electronics Enters Strategic Partnership with Raltron Electronics Corporation

LAFOX, Ill. -- Richardson appointed as global distributor of extensive Raltron product lines

Richardson Electronics (NASDAQ:RELL), a global provider of Engineered Solutions for the RF and wireless communications market, today announced it has reached agreement with Raltron Electronics Corp, a leading manufacturer of high-performance frequency management products including: timing crystals, crystal oscillators, VCO's, VCXOs, TCXOs, OCXOs, filters, ceramic resonators and other high-precision control products. Under the terms of the agreement, Richardson Electronics has secured global distribution rights to Raltron's extensive line of crystal and oscillator products.

Raltron's selection of Richardson as its worldwide distributor was based on Richardson's global presence, technical expertise and focus on providing value in niche markets through engineered solutions. With the addition of Ralton's crystal and oscillator product lines to Richardson's product offering, customers can now select from an expanded range of frequency management products, all from a dedicated source that understands the devices and their capabilities.
