Meridian Signs Celebrity Endorsement Contract with National Hockey League Player Matt Cooke of the Vancouver Canucks

Matt Cooke will endorse Meridian by attending trade shows and seminars, signing autographs and discussing the benefits of Meridian's preventative health devices. Matt and his wife Michelle attended the Financial Forum in early February 2005 with Meridian and were at the booth each day speaking to potential and existing shareholders and signing autographs.
