EnterSys Group Announces Strategic Alliance with Vuico — Offering the Next Generation of Wireless Technology and Applications

HOUSTON -- EnterSys Group, LP, a leading provider of enterprise technology solutions, and Vuico, LLC, a worldwide leader in mobility solutions, announced the formation of a strategic alliance to promote and develop customer (B2C), business (B2B) and enterprise-wide business process applications and solutions that leverage Vuico's unique mobile technology platform.

As part of this alliance, the two companies will share application development and business development capabilities.

EnterSys Group will receive licensing rights to develop and market wireless solutions targeted to specific vertical markets and will be certified as Vuico's preferred integration partner in the United States.

Vuico will gain access to EnterSys Group's sales channels and broad IT expertise. In addition, EnterSys Group will provide additional consulting and managed business support services to Vuico and its clients, and will adopt Vuico's GoWirelessT suite of business productivity applications for its own use. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
