Irv Becker Joins Hay Group's Executive Compensation Consulting Practice

PHILADELPHIA -- Hay Group, a global organizational and human resources consulting firm, announced today that Irv Becker, CPA, has joined its Executive Compensation Consulting Practice. Becker, a senior consultant, will work from the firm's New York area office.
Most recently, Becker was the national practice leader for KPMG LLP's compensation advisory services practice. Prior to that, he held positions as the head of compensation and benefits at leading organizations such as Goldman Sachs, First USA Bank, The Home Depot, and Young & Rubicam.
An authority on executive pay matters, Becker is a frequent speaker and is often quoted. He has recently presented to organizations including: The Conference Board, WorldatWork, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, The Directors' Roundtable, National Foreign Trade Council, and Financial Executives International.
