ICT GROUP Selected to Provide Customer Support Services for Pfizer Helpful Answers Program; Expands Company's Presence in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Patient Assistance and Member Care Markets

Business Wire, June 9, 2005

NEWTOWN, Pa. -- ICT GROUP, INC. (NASDAQ:ICTG), a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing solutions, today announced that it will be providing customer assistance services for Pfizer Inc., in support of its Pfizer Helpful Answers(TM) initiative.

Pfizer Helpful Answers is a comprehensive initiative that provides America's uninsured, regardless of age or income, with an easy, one-stop access point to find out how to get Pfizer medicines for free or at meaningful savings. Through a single phone number and website, uninsured Americans without prescription drug coverage can find out about and apply for an array of Pfizer assistance programs.

Over 75 ICT GROUP customer assistance representatives are supporting this program, responding to applicant and member inquiries from patients, caretakers and healthcare providers, assisting with eligibility and application screening, address changes, member add-ons and new card requests as well as inquiries regarding Pfizer prescription prices, online drug/pharmacy locator and discount eligibility.

Additionally, ICT GROUP is providing adverse event handling, product complaint and safety/quality assurance reporting, bilingual English/Spanish and interactive voice response with advanced speech recognition, to help streamline operations and provide an automated solution for routine, basic inquiries.

"We are pleased to be expanding our program coverage in the patient assistance and member care marketplace for healthcare/pharmaceutical clients," said John J. Brennan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ICT GROUP. "Combined with the Pfizer Helpful Answers initiative, ICT GROUP today has approximately 800 representatives assigned to 600 workstations across five contact centers throughout Pennsylvania and Arizona, dedicated to providing patient assistance services on behalf of leading discount healthcare and prescription benefit savings programs."

"ICT GROUP has made considerable progress in expanding its healthcare client base and services offering. In the first quarter of 2005 alone, revenue from this sector increased 16% year-over-year, and we expect continued, strong demand from both existing and new clients within this market," concluded Mr. Brennan.
