Altria Group, Inc. to Webcast Conference Call to Discuss Philip Morris International's Agreement to Purchase a Stake in Indonesia's Third-Largest Tobacco Company

NEW YORK -- Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE:MO) will host a live audio webcast of a conference call at www.altria.com on Monday, March 14, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. ET to discuss Philip Morris International's agreement to purchase a stake in PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, Indonesia's third-largest tobacco company, which was announced today in Indonesia.
During the webcast, Louis C. Camilleri, chairman and chief executive officer of Altria Group, Inc., will provide additional commentary on the acquisition and take questions from the investment community and news media. The webcast will be in a listen-only mode.
