Neptune Industries, Inc. Announces Completion of Audit, Prepares for Shell Acquisition

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Neptune Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets - NPNI), Boca Raton, Florida, today released information that the audit of its June, 2004 financial statements has been completed. This clears the way for the pending acquisition of the Move Films, Inc. shell that was announced in December, 2004. The transaction will result in Neptune becoming a fully reporting public company, and sets the stage for a listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
Neptune President, Ernest Papadoyianis stated, "We are pleased to finally have our audit completed after a delay of over seven weeks. We anticipate completing the Move acquisition within the next two weeks, and immediately filing for a listing on the Bulletin Board. These activities represent a significant move forward in our efforts to further our business model."
