Business Wire, March 2, 2005

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. -- Plug & Pay Technologies, Inc., one of the nation's leading secure Internet gateways, announced today that it has completed Purchasing Card Level 3 certification on the Paymentech Tampa credit card processing platform.

"We are very happy to be adding Level 3 capabilities to our product offering," said David Price, President of Plug'n Pay. "We have long provided Level 2 transaction routing on all of the major US authorization networks. Adding Level 3 is an important additional level of service we can now provide to our customers and we have worked closely with Paymentech Tampa to complete this certification. Since the Level 3 information includes specific line item information and provides a detailed description of each item purchased, our customers can now work to protect the valuable relationships they have with key customers who will require that this data be passed to them."
