Echopass Announces Appointment of Bruce Pollock to Board of Directors; Experienced Financial Executive Joins Board

Pollock has extensive experience as a senior financial executive having served as Chief Financial Officer for notable high technology companies, including Avanex Corporation (AVNX), WaveSplitter Technologies, Walker Interactive Systems Inc. (WALK), Reel.com (Hollywood Video) and VMX, Inc. (originally VMXI, now part of Avaya).

Pollock's consulting firm, Financial Executive Solutions, provides senior financial executive leadership and hands on assistance to private, venture-funded and small cap public high technology companies and their executive teams.
