Highlights from the March 21st Featured Expert column by Bill Martin and Matt Ragas include:

Willis Continues To Head Hunt For Market Share

Insurance broker Willis Group (NYSE:WSH) continues to take advantage of the new world order in insurance brokerage. Emerging relatively unscathed from the insurance brokerage scandal to date, scrappy WSH has moved quickly to take market share from its larger rivals. WSH CEO Joe Plumeri, who is a world class executive, has said that WSH has seen a threefold increase in requests for proposals and is winning a ``bigger share`` of the proposals than in the past.

Bill Martin and Matt Ragas would expect the toughening cyclical business conditions to continue to weigh on WSH`s core revenues, but share gains and acquisitions should continue to offset that weakness. Even so, Bill Martin and Matt Ragas would expect the market to temper its enthusiasm for stocks in the sector in the short term as the cycle plays out.

At 14x current year expected earnings, and with a 2.3% dividend yield and ongoing stock buyback, Bill Martin and Matt Ragas still view WSH as a core position in their long term growth Tiger Woods portfolio.
