Genesys Conferencing Selects CallVision Analysis and Reporting Tools for European and North American Markets
Business Wire, March 24, 2005
SEATTLE -- CallVision's Multi-Language, Multi-Currency Applications Open Communication Channels for Customers
CallVision, a leading provider of online analysis solutions for the telecommunications industry, and Genesys Conferencing (NASDAQ:GNSY) (Euronext 3955), a global multimedia conferencing leader, today announced an agreement to offer CallVision's Web-based bill analytics and reporting applications to Genesys clients in Europe and North America.
CallVision's multi-language, multi-currency applications will provide Genesys' customers critical business intelligence for a deep understanding of their bills through detailed reports, charts and graphs of features such as real-time cost allocation and hierarchical mapping of usage.
Genesys selected CallVision's suite of products for their robust analytical capabilities, ease of use, and multi-language, multi-currency features. I-Analyst will enable Genesys' business customers to transform their communications bills into sources of vital business intelligence as customers will be able to create their own reports, charts and graphs to answer virtually any question they have about their usage. I-Report will enable customers to better understand their usage with pre-defined reports, charts and graphs, while I-Statement will allow them to select from multiple currencies for their online bill.
The CallVision applications will be integrated into Genesys' existing customer business management (CBM) online application suite. In a secure, self-service environment customer administrators can process new orders, deactivate conferencing accounts, and monitor usage. Within this suite, Genesys will include two online billing options.
--e-Billing SE will be available to all customers at no additional cost and includes all the features and capabilities of CallVision's I-Statement and I-Report.
--e-Billing AE adds the analytical functionality of CallVision's I-Analyst tool as a licensed application.
Initially, the tools will be offered in French, German and English, and the companies plan to expand to up to 12 languages.
"Our product development efforts here at Genesys are based on meeting evolving customer requirements," said Denise Persson, Genesys Conferencing EVP of Global Marketing. "Our new online reporting and billing capabilities are the management tools clients need to simplify account administration in large enterprises."
"Genesys' focus on innovation is impressive, and we are honored to team with them to help further enrich their customer relationships," said Derek Edwards, President of CallVision. "Our multi-language, multi-currency solutions are an outstanding fit with Genesys' global operations, and we look forward to helping them foster even stronger relationships as we deploy our analytics tools to their customers in North America and Europe."
