Revivio Appoints Paul Hettesheimer Vice President, Services and Support

LEXINGTON, Mass. -- Revivio(R), Inc., the leader in continuous data protection (CDP), today announced it has appointed Paul Hettesheimer to the position of vice president, services and support. This is a promotion for Hettesheimer, who has held the position of director of Revivio's Service and Support organization since 2003. In this newly created position, Hettesheimer will be responsible for sales engineering, systems integration and customer support. His overall objective will be to ensure that Revivio customers realize the maximum benefit from continuous data protection for their mission critical systems. Hettesheimer will report directly to Paul Lewis, CEO of Revivio.

Prior to joining Revivio, Hettesheimer served as general manager, storage operations for StorageTek, Inc. During that company's acquisition of Storability Software, he successfully led the transition team to integrate Storability's operations center into StorageTek's Global Services organization. He was also an active participant in the product development, strategic direction and sales of the Remote Managed Storage offerings and developed an operational business review program to measure scalability, efficiency and success of the business unit. Before the StorageTek acquisition, Hettesheimer was director of operations and chief security officer (CSO) at Storability Software. In that role, he developed and managed a technical competency center and a 24x365 Storage Operations Center. He also developed the necessary security policies and procedures that ensured the security of the company and customer data. Previously, Hettesheimer held leadership positions with companies such as Tivoli Systems, Ogilvy & Mather, Chemical Bank and Pan American Airways.

Hettesheimer is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, and received a Master's Certificate for Project Management from George Washington University.
