Zend Technologies to Host PHP Conference and Expo; October 2005 Event to Include Speaker Program and Exhibits

CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Zend Technologies, Inc., the PHP company, and creator of products and services supporting the development, deployment and management of PHP-based applications, today announced it will host the Zend/PHP Conference and Expo October 18-21, 2005. The conference, "Power Your Business With PHP," will be held at the Hyatt Regency, San Francisco Airport in Burlingame, California. The conference will emphasize both business and technical sessions, targeted at executive management and technical staff. The conference is being produced by KB Conferences LLC, based in Seattle, WA.

The conference, slated for October 18-21, 2005, will include daily keynote addresses, technical and business sessions, an exhibit hall and evening activities. The event will include a wide range of sessions, from hands-on tutorials for PHP developers, to business case studies highlighting PHP-based enterprise solutions from Fortune 1000 companies. As part of the conference, attendees will also be able to participate in pre-conference Training and Certification sessions hosted by Zend.
The conference program committee includes the following members:

--Adam Trachtenberg: eBay evangelist and recognized PHP author and speaker;

--Gaylord Aulke: CEO of 100 DAYS, an experienced PHP development house in Stuttgart, Germany;
--Mark Rankin: R&D director at ADP, overseeing a significant PHP application for auto dealers.
